Our Signature Turnkey Service: Buy from Anywhere

We recognize that many of our clients are not able to travel frequently to Spain. That's why we arrange a comprehensive turnkey service to manage the entire legal and administrative process on the ground for you.

Once you have chosen your property, we take it from there:

1. Account & Authorization: We open a Spanish bank account for you and prepare for the necessary legal steps.

2. Power of Attorney (PoA): We visit a Notary to secure a Power of Attorney (PoA). This legal authorization allows us to act on your behalf.

3. Essential Documentation: With the PoA, we can obtain your N.I.E. numbers (Foreigner Identity Number)—an essential requirement for every transaction in Spain.

4. Mortgage to Completion: Once we have obtained your final mortgage offer, we use the PoA to sign all of the necessary documents up to and including the completion of the purchase.

5. Utilities & Setup: We then arrange for all of the utility and service bills to be placed on standing order on your bank account, ensuring you have services from day one.

Leaving the client to arrive with their luggage, collect the keys and enjoy the property.
